Refund Policy
Our platform provides digital course access to students enrolled in courses offered through participating organizations and universities. Students typically purchase an access code through their university bookstore or another organizational channel to access their course.
Because access is connected to a specific course and enrollment period, access codes that have been redeemed or activated are generally non-refundable. Requests for refunds involving unused access codes, duplicate purchases, billing errors, or other special circumstances should be directed to the university bookstore or organizational department where the purchase was made.
If you are experiencing a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your course, please contact our support team. We will work with you and your university to help resolve the issue and ensure you can access the course materials for which you have paid.
